Fitness Fun (Ages 6-9)

A complete fitness class for children that introduces them to full body strength and conditioning training. Training includes pushups, squats, agility ladder, jump rope, and sports games.

Teen Fitness (Ages 10-14)

Teens of all fitness levels get active and make friends through fun and exercise. With a focus on fitness, activities improve cardio, resistance training, and agility through structured exercise and games. After completion, youth 10-12 years old will receive a bracelet allowing them to use the cardio machines. Ages 13-14 will receive a bracelet allowing them to use the cardio and Precor machines.

Youth Circuit (Ages 10-14)

With a focus on fitness, this circuit class has a mix of age appropriate activities that improves cardio, resistance training, and agility through structured exercise and games.

 

Youth FitPath Appointments (Ages 10-14)

Designed for youth, this program is individualized and supervised and utilizes cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Perfect for the new or returning exerciser.
