Women on Weights/People on Weights

Experience a variety of workouts using different weight room equipment. Learn about proper weight room form and technique and stay motivated by pre- and post-program strength tests. Our current session of WOW and POW started the week of February 20. New sessions will be announced soon.

Cost:

  • $30 per person for once a week class (8 weeks)
  • $40 per person for twice a week class (8 weeks)
