Want to celebrate your child's birthday in a special way? Have a Y party! We offer several options for children of all ages.
STEPS TO PLANNING A Y PARTY
Step 1: Check your calendar and decide on a few possibilities for your party date. Please remember, parties book quickly, so contact us as soon as you know your desired date.
Step 2: Contact Nicole Bauer at 360-307-4008, with your potential dates and to discuss potential birthday party events. Remember, parties are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Step 3: You will receive a birthday party packet to review. Your party is official only after payment and the party packet is received. If you need to cancel your party, please notify us a minimum of 10 days prior to the party date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days away will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Party Day: Arrive 30 minutes early for your party to decorate and get ready. Inform guests to arrive 10 minutes early to sign waivers.

PARTY TIMES AND PRICES
The Haselwood YMCA offers party time on Saturdays from 12:30-2:30pm or 3:30-5:30pm, and on Sundays from 10am-12pm, 1-3pm, 2-4pm, or 4-6pm.
Limit of 10 children for Rock Wall parties. All other parties include a limit of 15 children (for more than 15 children, a week?s notice is needed and additional fee of $5 per child will be added).
The cost of a party is $150 for members and $200 for community members due at time of registration. The cost covers up to 10 children in the party room and 15 children in the community room. An additional cost of $5 per child is to be included after the limit of children is reached, due day of party. The Party room can have a maximum of 15 kids and the Community room can have a maximum of 20 kids due to fire department code.
100% ID Check
In order to better protect our members, guests, and staff, all visitors *14 years of age and older are required to show a valid, government-issued ID.
Standards of Conduct
Users agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with our YMCA values and general membership standards.
Each group must provide a person age twenty-one years older who is responsible for the enforcement of the facility rules and to supervise the participants at all times. The using group is responsible for preservation of the condition of all areas of the facility with which they come in contact.
All decorations must meet local fire department regulations and be approved by YMCA staff. Decorations must not damage walls, woodwork, or other parts of the building. Use of nails, screws, tacks, confetti or party poppers is prohibited. Putting tape on the windows is prohibited. Pi?atas are prohibited unless it is a pull string Pi?atas. All decorations and their attachments must be removed immediately following the event. Decorating may be done 30 minutes prior to the time of the event and clean up may be done after the event for 30 minutes.
Catering services are allowed. However, any incidental expenses incurred by the YMCA as a result of such catering shall be paid by the using group.
In consideration of being permitted to use the YMCA facilities, user agrees to assume all risks in connection with such use whether foreseen or unforeseen, and further agrees that neither the YMCA nor its officers, operators, agents of staff may be held liable in any way for any occurrence not arising out of their own negligence and further release the aforementioned YMCA, officers, operators, agents, or staff for any harm, injury, or damage arising out of users use of facilities.
In the event of a breach of terms of agreement, the user agrees to pay a reasonable attorney fee and necessary legal costs incurred by YMCA related to said breach.
User agrees to hold harmless and indemnify YMCA against any claims and losses including reasonable attorney?s fees and court costs arising out of its use and occurring as a result of actions of its members or participants.
The party sponsor must contact the birthday party coordinator for all cancellations. A party cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to the card used for booking for any parties canceled within 10 days of the scheduled event. Failure to notify the birthday party coordinator of a cancellation will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.
