Sports Skills classes are designed to introduce kids to new sports by teaching the basic individual skills for the next youth sports league.
Rock Climbing: Learn about rock climbing safety, proper climbing technique, bouldering, and strength training. Harnesses and helmets are provided.
Sports Mix: Experience a variety of traditional sports and playground style games through warm ups, skills, drills, and scrimmages.
Sports Skills: Participants learn, practice, and develop skills in one particular sport each session. This class builds off the skills taught in preschool classes and progress as the session continues.
