Fitness Fun
Ages 7-12

A complete fitness class for children that introduces them to full body strength and conditioning training. Training includes pushups, squats, agility ladder, jump rope and sports games.

Youth Gym
Ages 7-16

Youth ages 7-16 of all fitness levels get active and make friends through fun and exercise. With a focus on fitness, activities improve cardio, resistance training, and agility through structured exercise and games.

Teen Gym
Ages 12-16

Teens of all fitness levels get active and make friends through fun and exercise. With a focus on fitness, activities improve cardio, resistance training, and agility through structured exercise and games.

Youth Wellness Appointment
Ages 10-14

Designed for youth, this program is individualized and supervised and utilizes cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Perfect for the new or returning exerciser.

Homeschool PE

Age appropriate skill development drills teach general fitness, sports, balance, teamwork, and more. Open to all homeschooled children during the school year and included in your YMCA membership. 

This is a registered class offered only during the school year.
