Small Group Exercise


Our small group exercise programs foster learning and development in a unique group environment not found within typical group exercise classes. Build relationships, learn new exercise techniques, and progress toward your goals, all with hands on support from our program instructors. 

Prenatal Fitness

Prenatal Exercise is important, safe and helps builds confidence. Our Prenatal Fitness Class
will connect you with a community of women while helping you prepare your mind and body
for parenting. This class will educate pregnant women on how to start or continue aerobic
and strength conditioning through their pregnancy. Each week we will focus on different
aspects of fitness such as Cardio, Strength and Water Exercise while continuing to build
strength for the core and lower body. There will be options for all fitness levels and stages
of pregnancy.


Women On Weights

Whether you are a beginning exerciser or a seasoned tri-athlete, strength training has a variety of benefits that impact our well-being on a daily basis. This 8 week small group class will allow you to experience a variety of workouts using different weight room equipment.

Our hope is for you to feel comfortable and competent in the weight room, build relationships and utilize proper form and technique.

Paddleboard Fitness

Challenge your balance, strength and agility with this fun new fitness trend! Take your Yoga, Cardio, Balance and Strength to another level on the board.

Classes is currently offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am, Saturdays at 1pm. See welcome center for additional times and days.

Fall Session Information

Days/Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:30am

Cost: $5.00 for members, $10 for non-members

Space is limited to 5 participants.
