Youth Martial Arts
Taekwon Do: A Korean art using hands and feet as a means of practical self-defense is recognized as the national sport of Korea as well as an Olympic sport. Drop-in; all ages. Mondays at 4:15-5:15pm in Multipurpose Room 2.
Competition Team: An Olympic style Taekwondo martial art program that teaches the art of kicking, punching, blocking, self-defense, and sparring in a structured environment. This class has advanced instruction to help students with belt advancement. Time will be spent on improving skills for those who wish to compete in local tournaments. Preregistration required.
Cost: $30 per month
- Beginner Class: Fridays | 5:30-6:15pm in Multipurpose Room 1
- Advanced Class: Fridays | 6:15-7pm in Multipurpose Room 1
- Combined Class: Wednesdays | 5-6pm in Multipurpose Room 1
