Ballroom Dance: Stay active and have fun learning the Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Swing, Cha Cha and more. No partner required.

Barre: Use the ballet barre, light weights, isometric exercise, and balance to firm, lengthen, lift and sculpt the core arms, thighs and glutes.

Line Dancing: Come join the fun and dance to a variety of music and styles.

Youth Dance

Youth Dance Programs

Ballet

Ballet: Beginning students learn preparatory exercises, focusing on creativity and exploration of movement. More advanced students engage in placement, technique, and musicality through barre, center, and enchainment (combination) exercises.

Ballet and Tap Combination: Learn introductory skills and techniques in both ballet and tap.

Introduction to Ballet: Children learn the basics of ballet technique. Classes are designed as an introduction only prior to participating in regular pre-ballet and ballet classes.

Preschool Ballet: Focus on exploration of music and movement in this ballet introduction. Preschoolers discover their creativity through fun exercises and group interaction.

Contemporary

Contemporary: Explore natural energy and emotions that create dances of fluid expression while learning contact-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation.

Creative Movement Dance

Creative Movement Dance: Basic ballet movements and music concepts are introduced through the teaching of imagination, self-expression, and group interaction.

Hula

Hula: Gain understanding of the historical origin of Hula, Hawaiian words, and the basic steps and hand movements involved.

Hip Hop

Introduction to Hip Hop: Children learn the basics of Hip Hop technique. Classes are designed as an introduction only prior to participating in regular hip hop classes.

Jazz

Jazz: Channel your inner Broadway dancer in this challenging and engaging class that emphasizes syncopation, expression, body alignment, and strength.

Progressive Dance Series ($)

Our Progressive Dance Series is program for youth ages 3-12 years old. This fee based offering will begin teaching the fundamentals of ballet and/or ballet tap combination. Students who commit to this offering from Fall-Spring sessions will be eligible to participate in the annual Spring Recital.

Tap

Ballet and Tap Combination: Learn introductory skills and techniques in both ballet and tap.
