- Senior Activity Schedule - All of our classes and special events for active older adults.
Lap Pool - Lap Swim is open beginning 15 minutes after the facility opens. We always reserve a minimum of two lap lanes for lap swim.
Rec Pool - The Recreational Pool is open for general use during all business hours, even during swim lessons.
Water Fitness - Water exercise classes use water resistance to create a total body workout. Both deep and shallow water classes available.
Preschool Activities - Class schedule for youth ages 1-7 years old. Classes include music and movement classes as well as basic art and tumbling.
Youth Activities - Classes for youth ages 3-17, which include performing arts classes, gymnastics, and teen open gym times.
Youth Multipurpose Room - Schedule includes list of classes taking place in our youth gym.
Teen Center - Our Teen Center is reserved for tweens and teens but is open for general use when not specifically noted as reserved. Activities include ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and more.
- Climbing Wall - The wall is open for climb for youth and adults ages 5 and older. Must have a YMCA certified belayer (or must be belay certified yourself) to climb without a YMCA staff member present.
Multipurpose Room 1 - Includes Zumba, core classes, step, pilates, and TRX.
Multipurpose Room 2 - Houses our cycling classes, martial arts, and many of our senior cardio classes.
Spirit, Mind, Body Room - Tai Chi, yoga, pilates, and dance.
Qeenax Corner - Boot Camp and Functional Fitness
Main Gym - Drop-in basketball, pickle ball, volleyball, as well as large group exercise classes.
