TRX Ripped Trainer Bootcamp

Safely perform hundreds of exercise that build strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility and prevent injuries in this fee-based version of the TRX program taught in a small group setting.

The first few weeks of this session will be spent learning the foundational exercises of KB's. The instructor will then guide you through group workouts Circuits, HIIT, & Bootcamp style classes. Beginners and experienced exercises are welcome!

Join us for our first ever Postnatal Yoga/Pilates class! Yoga for postpartum women can help to improve posture/alignment, practice proper breathing, alleviate back pain, and correct muscular imbalances. Restore your core strength & begin reaching your long-term goals!

AOA Senior Strength

This brand new small group class is geared towards active older adults who want to learn how to use free weights and strength train. Strength training as you age can help keep muscles stronger, improve joint pain, and help with balance.
