Tom Taylor Family YMCA Annual Campaign
I am proud to be a volunteer leader at the Tom Taylor Family YMCA. The Y is a place to exercise, swim, learn new skills and meet new friends. It is also a place where people find support during difficult times and specialized exercise for debilitating diseases.
Children are afforded before and after school care; teens have Late Nite which provides a safe place on weekend nights with activities, leadership skills and mentorship. Our Advisory Council determined that a priority for our Y was to embark on a swimming program for children to ensure their “Safety Around Water”. In collaboration with the Peninsula School District, we provided the program to 650 kids in 2017!
Your financial contribution to our Annual Campaign funds programs like Safety Around Water and Late Nite and further enriches our community with outreach, special programs, and financial scholarships.
Please join me in making this year even better for the Y in our community with a contribution to the Annual Campaign.

Jacob and his friends come to 6,7,8 Nite each week. They like to play basketball and enjoy the nice environment and friendly people. Jacob loves that 6,7,8 Nite allows him to get out of the house on a Friday night and let loose.
At only 34 years old, Juliette was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. Chemotherapy left her weak and anemic, and after suffering from septic pneumonia, Juliette’s energy and health plummeted, leaving her desperate and anxious.
Eight years ago Trinity and her family joined the Y and immediately got involved with the swim program. When Trinity was just 6 years old, she participated on the swim team. Her parents knew right away that the pool was the place where Trinity was happiest.
