Women on Weights
Building Strength and Endurance
Experience a variety of strength workouts using different weight room equipment during this eight-week program designed especially for women. This program is great for women who are new to weightlifting or for those looking to refresh their current lifting routines.
Strength Flexibility Balance
Total Body Resistance (TRX) builds strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, and prevents injuries. Safely perform hundreds of exercises by leveraging body weight while integrating functional strength training regimens.
TRX® R.I.P.P.E.D. Trainer Boot Camp
Building Friendships and Strength
Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, and prevent injuries. This fee-based version of the TRX program is taught in a small group setting for a personalized and supportive experience.
Grow Stronger Together
This fast-paced class helps you build strength and endurance through varied exercises focused on agility, strength, and cardio segments to deliver a whole-body workout. This class may be offered outside, weather permitting.
Staying Strong Through Pregnancy
Join other moms on the journey of staying healthy and active during your pregnancy. This eight-week class provides education for pregnant women on how to start or continue aerobic and strength conditioning through their pregnancy and beyond. Each week we will focus on different aspects of fitness such as cardio, strength, yoga, and water exercise. Prenatal Exercise is important, safe, and helps builds confidence.
