Intro to Weight Training

 

Weight training helps maintain muscle mass and strength as you age, better mobility and metabolic health, and promotes mental sharpness, patience, and self-reliance. This weight training program is for people looking to build endurance and simultaneously develop coordination and balance. The program uses different equipment including weights, bands, balls, and other tools.

 

Sessions take place throughout the year for ages 15 and above.
