Youth Fitness

Children and teens in Youth Fitness classes improve their strength, speed, coordination, and endurance. These group exercise classes are designed to introduce young people to a lifetime of healthy living through fitness.

Homeschool PE Registration Required

Age-appropriate skill development drills teach general fitness, sports, balance, teamwork, and more. Open to all homeschooled children during the school year and included in your YMCA membership.
