H.I.I.T. Drop-in Class

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) combines body resistance, plyometrics, and calisthenics to deliver a 30-45 minute workout that will burn fat and calories. Participants will be pushed into their anaerobic zones for short intervals and aerobic zones for longer intervals and then awarded recovery periods. Modifications will be given.

Focus on cardiovascular strengthening in this high energy class utilizing punches, kicks, and intervals.

Women on Weights Registration Required

Experience a variety of strength workouts using different weight room equipment during this eight-week program designed especially for women. This program is great for women who are new to weightlifting or for those looking to refresh their current lifting routines.


This eight-week small group will allow you to learn proper form in a wide variety of workouts using the full arsenal of our weight room equipment.
