When: March 6—April 26 | Mondays and Wednesdays | 11am-12:15pm
What: 8 weeks of Strength Training with fellow female YMCA Members. This small group class is open to ALL levels– beginners encouraged. We will cover proper form and safety through a variety of strength training formats: barbell, body weight, selectorized machines and more.
Cost: $40 (Includes Fitness Assessment, Personal Training Manual, Health and Well-being Coaching, and more!)
