Providing programs that give young people the opportunity to grow personal skills and character, connect with peers and mentors, and give back to the community can help propel at-risk individuals in a better direction. Over the past 13 years, the YMCA’s Center for Community Impact (CCI) has been delivering critical services that support people in taking a step toward their full potential. The Y’s life-changing programs are often delivered outside of its walls in underserved, under-resourced communities, ensuring that everyone can achieve personal, academic, and eventually professional success. Tens of thousands of lives have been positively transformed through CCI and the Y continues to meet people in its community, when they need it most, by offering high-quality programs and activities, along with the support of caring adult mentors.

Youth and government students meet and compare notes at the YMCA

Please join us for breakfast alongside Charlie Davis, President and CEO of the YMCA, CCI program participants, and CCI mentors as we share stories that highlight and celebrate our outstanding community members, the Y’s value and impact in our region, and how we can take the next step together toward building a greater community for the future.
