    Schedule your workout in your personal calendar. Commit to wellness by "scheduling" time for working out. Make it a priority.
  • MEASURE YOUR HEALTH

    The normal resting heart beats 60-80 beats per minute. As your heart gets stronger, through exercise, your resting heart will slowly lower.
  • THINK SMALL STEPS!

    Instead of a long workout, break it up! Ten minutes here and there are easy to fit into a busy schedule.
  • CHECK YOUR BAGS, NOT YOUR GOALS.

    Take your gym clothes on your next trip and take advantage of hotel gyms and swimming pools!
  • TIRED OF DOING THE PHYSICAL SAME ACTIVITIES?

    Try to engage in a variety of activities to address different of fitness: cardio, strength and flexibility training.
  • BE ACTIVE TOGETHER!

    Encourage others to join you and plan one special physical activity event, like a bike ride or hiking, with a group each week.
