Life University
Life University a collection of small groups, workshops, and seminars offered to inspire hope, give helpful information, and provide a place for genuine relationships. Life University offerings and materials are based on research and support the development of spirit, mind, and body while helping participants navigate some of the most challenging and joyful aspects of life.
All experiences foster acceptance, encouragement, and a place of belonging. All Life University offerings approach life from the foundation that all people are an integration of their spirit, mind, and body. All experiences are spiritually engaging and respectful to all while content upholds the YMCA’s Christian principles for living.
