small group classes

Health and Well-being coaches will guide a small group of ladies through an eight week free weight strength training program. Each week your coach will teach you proper form for each of the exercises. The group meets twice a week for a total spirit, mind, and body experience. A fitness book with color photos of the workouts is included in the registration cost which is $40 per session.

adult swim lessons
Formal swim instruction that is geared for all levels of swimmers. Lessons focus on water adjustment, body position, breathing, stroke development, skill improvement and endurance. $30 per half hour for one private lesson and $40 for two semi-private lessons. pilates
Learn proper mechanics while using the specialized Pilates equipment in a small group setting. A trained coach will teach you in Pilates techniques that will help you strengthen and tone your body as well as increase flexibility.
