I've been a trainer for several years now and I have to say I have the greatest job on the planet. I believe getting fit should be Fun first and foremost. What in life is worth doing if you are not enjoying it? I use high energy, fast paced workouts that are both fun and challenging. My focus is Education! It's important to me that each individual understands why and what we are doing. Your workout will be personalized and will include Strength, Core, Cardio, Balance and Flexibility Training. Allow me to assist you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Consistency in a fitness program is critical for success. I love to dance! I am a trained performer for over 18 years. I needed a workout that demanded more of me and that would take me to another level as a performer. I became an avid student of Pilatesin 2002 and observed in myself a dynamic spirit, mind and body shift! It compelled me to complete a thorough teacher training program through the Physical Mind Institute. I am passionate about this form of health and movement because I know the benefits are numerous and I can't wait to share them with you!

I will not recommend or implement anything into your training program unless I have experienced it first. As a full-time corporate pilot and husband, I understand the challenges that come with work demands, personal life, and taking care of yourself. Personal training is my passion and I am continually working to further my education in training and nutrition. My past experiences as a Taekwondo and a flight instructor have helped me develop teaching and coaching skills with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

Where ever you find yourself on the fitness spectrum, I believe that if you have a body, you are an athlete. I enjoy taking the time with each client to build a strong base of functional movement. I have been a part of the Tacoma community and a member of the YMCA for over 25 years. I have always had a personal commitment to my own fitness. This passion led me to pursue my interest in personal training at the National Personal Training Institute in Seattle. I recently recieved a diploma from this institute, a state-certified program and am currently working toward my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification.

I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute in Seattle, WA. I am currently studying for my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certificate. I have a strong commitment to health and wellness within my community. I am coming to you to utilize my personal training expertise, to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through the creation of custom, innovative, functional and safe exercise programs. I will use my knowledge in kinesiology, physiology and anatomy to teach mid-life to older adults ways to improve their quality of life by addressing movement imbalances, postural issues, muscle conditioning and resistance training needs.
