FIT-FUNCTIONAL INTENSTIY TRAINING
Introducing a new class to the Tacoma Center YMCA! Functional Intensity Training or "FIT" is a workout that combines cardio and weight training that increases the intensity of your workouts. This is a class for everyone from beginners to experts.
This FREE class is offered 4 times a week on a drop in basis (you can attend as many classes as you would like) and lasts about 30-45 minutes:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am AND 6pm
