Class Descriptions
Aerobic Circuit
A variety of indoor and outdoor activities including hi/lo aerobics, running, step, circuit training, jump rope and weights.
Aqua Zumba
Known as the "Zumba Pool Party", Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to an invigorating workout. Blending challenging, water-based cardio conditioning, body toning and an exhilarating experience, this class is held in a safe, aquatic environment.
Boot Camp
This workout has it all! Running, toning, agility training, you name it. Bring your “can do” attitude for this workout. Class includes both indoor and outdoor activities.
Cardio Circuit
With a mixture of cardio and strength, this class will keep your heart pumping and your body moving.
Core & More
This class focuses on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles. Great exercise for everyone!
Cycling
This class is a self-paced, instructor led, indoor cycling class that is appropriate for all fitness levels. Don't forget your water bottle!
Cycle & Stretch
This class offers the best of both worlds! The first half of class is a great cardio workout followed by flexibility training to stretch the body and relax the mind.
Cycle Circuit
Traditional cycling format broken up by intervals or strength training, ploymetrics and exercises. Wear tennis shoes to accommodate for all exercises.
Deep Water Aerobics
A water aerobics class that is held in the 6 feet deep end of the pool. This class is low impact and moderate intensity.
DeFine
A total body workout that focuses on tightening and toning your body.

Gentle Yoga
An emphasis on traditional poses. Focus is on balance, flexibility and breathing.
Hip Hop Dance

Low Impact Aerobics

Master's Swim
A swim workout is provided by a coach on deck. Swim workouts are tailored to your swim ability. The swim will include a warm-up, swim drills, main swim set and cool down. The coach on deck will evaluate and help with any questions you have.
Muscle Tone
Strength and endurance exercises using hands weights, body bars, resistance rubbing, steps and resistance balls. This is a total upper and lower body conditioning class.
NIA
A fun, expressive cardio workout that combines dance, martial arts and healing arts. NIA is a creative way to foster health and wellbeing with your body, mind and spirit.
Pilates
Designed to stretch and strengthen your body. Pilates exercises coordinate breathing and movement while you work against the resistance of your own body.
Power Yoga
Poses and positioning that utilize more strength are included in this workout. Receive benefits of traditional Yoga as well as building your power base.
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement (MSROM)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Learn more about our Active Older Adults Program.
Shallow Water Aerobics
Improve efficiency of the heart and lungs while increasing muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.
Strength Circuit
An instructor led class that takes you through the various weight machines as well adding other toning exercises.
Tai-Chi
This class emphasizes relaxation and inner clam. Tai-Chi improves flexibility, circulation, endurance, muscle tone and balance.
Triathlon Training
