Denise Hood, a staple at the Morgan Family YMCA, will be saying goodbye to the YMCA as an employee on Monday, March 30.

After a 23 year teaching career and 6 years as a fulltime employee, Denise will be flying the friendly skies as an Alaska Airlines Flight Attendent.

These photos highlight one of her last days teaching Tuff E Nuff Boot Camp with staff and class particpants joining in the celebration!

Getting to know you! Today we want to celebrate St. Patrick's Day by meeting new people. Grab a name tag as you come in today and then meet someone new during your work out! Plus it will ensure you are wearing green!

Reminder! Today's 4:15pm Zumba Toning class is cancelled due to the MixxedFit/Zumbathon held earlier this afternoon. Thank you for your understanding.

Every year the Tough Enough Boot Camp class raises money to give back to the Annual Campaign. This year they raised $4,088 by running throughout the class.

The money raised through the Annual Campaign allows us to give financial assistance and run programs like Teen Late Nite and Pedaling for Parkinsons.
