Parkour

Parkour classes teach individuals how to overcome obstacles by adapting their body's movements to fit the environment. Our number one goal is safe progression in developing strength in running, jumping, climbing, and balance. The atmosphere allows for physical conditioning as well as building the confidence to overcome the physical and non-physical obstacles we may encounter in life.

Tuesdays 7-8pm, Teens / Adults (Drop-In)

Wednesdays 7-8pm, Ages 5-12 (Registration)

Saturdays 9:15-10:15am,  Ages 5-12 (Registration)
