Preschool Parent/Child Gymnastics
This unique class is dedicated to the achievement and success of gymnasts too young to attend class without a parent or guardian. The coach demonstrates a skill and the parent is able to give individual attention to their child concerning this skill. This class emphasizes basic motor skills, listening and following directions in a class setting, hand-eye coordination and body awareness. Parent participation is required. Ages: 2-3 years.
Location: North Gym.
Dates/Times: Mon or Thurs 9:15-10:15am, 10:30-11:30am, Wed 5:15-6:15pm, Sat 10:45-11:45 am
Preschool Gymnastics
Activities include an aerobic warm-up, stretching, and a variety of skills taught to lead the participants towards achieving specific skills. Children work on all apparatus developing better motor skills, body awareness and hand eye coordination. Parent presence is required. Girls Recreational Gymnastics
Classes provide instruction on competitive events and trampoline. Participants develop body awareness and improve strength and flexibility. Participants are divided into appropriate groups based on age and ability. All Recreational Gymnastics Classes are included in your YMCA membership with registration. Age: 5-12 years.
Dates/Times: Mon, Tues, Thurs 4:00-5:00 pm, 5:15-6:15 pm, 6:30-7:30 pm, Sat 12:00-1:00pm

Boys Recreational Gymnastics
Classes provide instruction on competitive events and trampoline. Participants develop body awareness and improve strength and flexibility. Participants are divided into appropriate groups based on age and ability and skill testing is conducted throughout each session. Advanced Training Class
This class is by invitation only and prepares young gymnasts for the Morgan Family YMCAs competitive gymnastics program, Mercy Gymnastics. The curriculum builds on the basic skills achieved in the recreational gymnastics program and further develops strength and flexibility. The class is split by age, with some crossover regarding skill level.
Ages: 5 and up
Dates: Monday & Thursday
Time: 5:30-7:30pm
Fee: $35 monthly
