Nursery/Extended Nursery
This supervised "drop-in-care" program provides children with positive social experiences through informal activities while parents are at the YMCA. In the Extended Nursery, youth can participate in arts and crafts, play games, read and more. Parents or guardian must remain onsite while child is in the nursery/extended nursery. There is a maximum stay of 3 hours per day. Nursery Punch cards are available at the membership counter.
Ages: 6 weeks - 6 years
Open: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 1pm and 3 - 7:45pm
Fridays 8:45am - 1pm and 4 - 7:45pm
Saturdays 8am - 1pm
Sundays 9-11am (FREE)
Nursery Closures:
Inclement Weather: Nursery hours will be adjusted similar to those of the Tacoma Public School's inclement weather plan, ie., 2 hour late opening for TPS means 2 hour late opening for the Morgan Family nursery.

Fee: 1st child - $3 per hour
2nd child - $2.50 per hour
Additional children - $1.50 per hour
Drop In Zone
Children ages 7-12 participate in supervised activities, such as games, coloring, reading and more. Children must sign in, but can leave and return on their own.
Age: 7 - 12 years
Open: Monday - Thursday 9am - 11pm
Tuesday and Thursday only 5pm - 7pm
