Sometimes in life we have to do things we don’t enjoy; however, I believe exercise should not be one of them. My goal for you will be a unique personalized program designed to meet and sustain your fitness needs. How do we achieve that? By working together as a team to create an exciting, encouraging and engaging workout.My experience with sports and fitness includes participation in basketball, volleyball, fast pitch and cross-country. I have a degree in Communications and a minor in Sports Management from Washington State University. I have worked in professional sports with the Orlando Magic and the Seattle Storm and am currently coaching middle school sports.Whatever your fitness goals may be; weight lose, strength training or specific sports performance, I can help you achieve them. I have a broad knowledge of people at all fitness levels and am comfortable working with them. We all have to start somewhere. Let’s take that first step together towards a healthy lifestyle.

I also believe proper nutrition has a very important role in overall health and fitness. I believe in creating a program that fits each individual’s goals and needs, while keeping it enjoyable so that the change to a healthier lifestyle is a LIFETIME change.

I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute in Seattle, WA. I am currently studying for my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certificate. I have a strong commitment to health and wellness within my community. I am coming to you to utilize my personal training expertise, to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through the creation of custom, innovative, functional and safe exercise programs. I will use my knowledge in kinesiology, physiology and anatomy to teach mid-life to older adults ways to improve their quality of life by addressing movement imbalances, postural issues, muscle conditioning and resistance training needs.
