The Y has the facilities, equipment, programs, staff, and dedicated membership to support you as you choose your path a healthier lifestyle.
Group Physical Activity Classes
We offer classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise classes, stretching, and strength training to indoor cycling, Zumba, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
Healthy Lifestyles
Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. We offer health assessments and wellness coaching as well as specialized classes and programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation, or stress.
Personal Wellness Training
Sometimes we need the advice of an expert or the personal attention of someone who can get us started or help us improve. Our personal training staff can help you set and meet your goals in order to live healthier.
Water Activities
Water exercise, group training, adult swim lessons (it’s never too late!), and adapted exercise for those with disabilities or in rehabilitation – you’ll find it all at the Y.
