Parent/Child Bitty Gymnastic
This class is for 2 year olds and prepares them for preschool gymnastics. It is a parent child interaction class located in teh gymnastics gym. This class in an introduction to learning the basics of gymnastics. Children learn skills for Tumbling, Bars, Vault, Floor, Beam and the floor level Trampoline.

Preschool Cheerleading
This introduction to cheer is for ages 3-5 years old. Throughout the session, they learn the proper techniques and terminology that make up a great cheer routine! They learn routines and cheers followed by music and present to parents and family at the end of the session. Beginning stunting and tumbling are taught.

Preschool Gymnastics
Preschool Gymnastics classes are separated by age and or skill level. This class is located in our state of the art gymnastics room and is an introductory class to learning the basics of gymnastics. Children learn skills for Tumbling Bars, Vault, Floor, Beam and the floor level Trampoline.

Parent/Child Toddler Gym
This is a parent/child interaction class located in the gymnastics gym. Toddler Gym mostly consists of free play, with an introduction to structure. Children are allowed to play on fun gymnastic equipment, the giant swing, our floor level trampoline and fun toddler climbing toys. Circle time introduces songs, finger play, games and obstacle course.

Gymnastics
Stunt & Tumble (5-12)
A gymnastics/cheerleading class for all levels of current and hopeful competitive cheerleaders to learn cheerleading, stunting and tumbling skills.
GymFit for Kids (5-12)
A combination fitness class using gymnastics equipment to develop strength, coordination and flexibility. Participants will have fun playing games, doing circuit training and using gymnastics equipment to increase fitness.
Girls Gymnastics
Beginner Blasters (5-12)
For girls with limited gymnastics experience or who are moving from the preschool program to the youth gymnastics program.
Advanced Beginner Comets (5-12)
Participants learn gymnastics techniques with an increase in difficulty. (gym ticket required)
Intermediate Shooting Stars (5-12)
Gymnasts learn more advanced gymnastics techniques and skills. (gym ticket required)
Advanced Astros (8-12)
This advanced level gymnastics class builds upon skills and techniques learned in all previous classes as well as introduces higher level skills. (gym ticket required)
Super Advanced Novas (8-12)
This class is for girls who have passed all previous levels or who have previous gymnastics team experience. (gym ticket required)
Jr. High Gymnastics (13-14)
An opportunity for current and hopeful Junior High School gymnasts to improve and learn new skills during the off-season. For girls with little or no gymnastics experience up to intermediate level.
High School Gymnastics (14-17)
An opportunity for current and hopeful High School gymnasts to improve and learn new skills during the off-season. For girls with intermediate level gymnastics experience up to advanced level.
Boys Gymnastics
Beginning (5-12 years)
For boys who have limited gymnastics experience or who are moving from the preschool program into the youth gymnastics program.
Intermediate (5-12)
For boys who have learned all of the required skills and strength taught in the beginning class. (gym ticket required)
Advanced (8-12)
For boys who have mastered all skills in beginning and intermediate levels. (gym ticket required)
Crystals Gymnastics Team
This competitive girls team competes in the US Junior Olympic program and throughout the state, region and nation. Admittance to the team requires a tryout with the gymnastics director and a two-week trial period of team workouts. Contact Elissa Torres at (253) 460-8973 to schedule a tryout. Is this a program that I can enter to avoid lottery program by paying a fee?
You should only join the team program if you are interested in making a commitment to join a competitive USA gymnastics team. Gymnasts practice between 3 and 20 hours per week depending on their level, and are expected to attend practice year round and keep an 80% attendance level. All gymnasts level 4 and above must compete with their team at all scheduled competitions. Parents are members of the booster club and are rquired to volunteer a certain number of hours per year depending on the level of their gymnast.
Is this an invitation only program?
Assessments are done by the coordinator or a qualitfied coach, and can be set up by calling or emailing the coordinator, Elissa Torres at 253-460-8973. Depending on the skill level assessments can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.
What age does my child need to be to join the program?

Crafty Kid Zone!
Kids enjoy making and creating fun crafts to take home! Come show off your crafty creativity and artistic talents with this fun half hour class! Please plan on bringing a few craft items. On the first day, your coach will letyou know what to bring!
