Performed in deep water, this non-impact exercise class utilizes the resistant forces of the water for a maximum aerobic workout. Float belts or ankle cuffs are used to aid in flotation and increase effort. This high intensity class improves muscle strenth, muscle endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
Healthy Joint Exercise
Designed to maintain and increase the range of motion in joints, strengthen muscles and condition the body for overall fitness.
Modified Water Aerobics
This low impact, moderate intensity aerobic exercise class uses the water to increase the resistance of each move toning and strengthening muscles in the entire body.
Shallow Water Aerobics
This class includes thirty minutes of aerobic exercise to improve efficiency of the heart and lund and increase muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
Water Walking
This low-impact class is ideal for the non-swimming adult. Participants walk with various movements across the pool to increase flexibility, muscle strength and endurance.
