My experience in the health and fitness industry spans thirty years. As a hands on director of a chain of womens health clubs and a corporate fitness centre in Vancover B.C. I was able to develop programs that were intense, fun and efficient. I concentrate on proper form and exercises that are functional to our every day activities. With a bit of education and a lot of motivation, I give my clients the confidence they need to succeed in achieving their fitness goals.

I am passionate about sharing my love for health and wellness with others. I will teach you how to improve your health and feel more alive. I will help you learn what it feels like to be able to conquer something. Whether you have experienced it or not, you have an amazing body with amazing abilities! I earned my BS in Exercise Science from SPU in 2003 and I have had my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification since 2006. I am an active member of the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Assn)and take regular continuing education courses to keep my knowledge and training techniques on the cutting edge. I have been working in the Health and Wellness field since 2002. I will help you integrate your spirit, mind and body through a fun mix of cardiovascular and functional strength training techniques. From keeping you motivated and accountable, to ensuring that you get more out of your gym time; I will be invested in your aspirations as much as you are. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of fitness, and my goal is to have you enjoy it too. Like anything, achieving goals takes hard work and dedication. With my four year degree in Exercise Science and passion for health and fitness, I will guide you to make your efforts more efficient. During my time at Central Washington University I have worked with many different populations from college athletes to senior citizens. My education has taught me the safest and smartest way to employ an exercise program to achieve the best gains you in order to improve the quality of your life. Aside from weightlifting, I enjoy participating in boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
