1-On-1 Fitness Consultation

Sign up for a consultation to meet with a Total Health Coach to create a specialized weight training and/or aerobic program, answer your wellness questions or evaluate your current program. Consultations are limited to one every four months. Orientation is required prior to receiving a 1-on-1 consultation. 8 Weeks to Wellness

This class covers topics to help you live a longer, healthier life. Each week has a different focus, including identifying a healthy lifestyle, becoming more active, getting the right kinds and amounts of fat in your diet, eating a high fiber diet, achieving a healthy weight, recognizing dependencies and coping with stress and focusing on prevention. If you are unsure where to start in making lifestyle changes, this may be the class for you.

Get Real Weight Management

This class brings together a group for 10 weeks of education and support. Successful weight management is based on four major factors: adequate physical activity, sensible eating, self-empowerment and self acceptance. We present a balanced approach based in reality no over-hyped fads that is designed for real people.

Injury Check

Meridian Physical Therapy & Apple Physical Therapy will provide free injury checks for our members. Have your injury evaluated by a licensed physical therapist and receive advice on treatment or referral. For more information, contact Phil Cappetto 253-460-8954.

Personal Fitness Program

A trained staff member will provide information, instruction and encouragement to help you on the road to your health and fitness goals. Visit the Welcome Center or call the Total Health Coaches at (253) 460-8956 to schedule an appointment.

Personal Training

Personal Training session provide members with in-depth workouts created to address individual needs. Each session combines a variety of training methods to improve strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance and any other identified personal goals. Additional Fees are required. Stanford Healthy Lifestyles Program

This life changing program uses group dynamics and one-on-one coaching to help individuals achieve personal goals. Participants will meet with trained facilitators who will inspire individuals to take action regarding their personal health and will provide guidance through each step of the behavior change.
