Guest Policy
Guests who would like to visit our facilities may purchase a one-day YMCA membership and take advantage of any activity or program we offer on that day. This membership is valid at any YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties branch on the day of purchase.
Current daily guest membership fees:
Youth: $10 ($5 if accompanied by member)
Adult(15+): $15 ($10 if accompanied by member)
Family: $25 ($15 if accompanied by member and on SUNDAYS)
· Valid photo identification is required
· Daily fees incurred within 30 days of purchasing a membership may be applied towards the joining fee.
· Signed liability waivers are required.
· Parent/Guardian signatures are required for those under 18 years of age. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Inclement Weather Policy
The Mel Korum YMCA makes every effort possible to keep the Y and its programs running during periods of inclement weather. Operating decisions are based on weather alerts, road and school closings and the ability of the YMCA staff to get to and from the Y and operate the facility safely.
If the Puyallup School District cancels or delays classes due to inclement weather, we will open two hours late and cancel all morning classes. If that occurs, we will continue to monitor the weather through the morning and make a decision by noon regarding afternoon and evening classes.
