In-Person Registration

Complete the registration form by selecting your class preferences
Drop off the completed form at the Welcome Center by 9pm

Pre-registration
Your child is eligible for pre registration if he/she attended 80% of his/her classes for this session.

If you are eligible, you will be given a report card the last day of class that will say you are eligible. Take the report card to the Pre-registration Table in front of the pool deck, and staff will sign your child up for class.

  • You are only able to pre-register for one class -- either swimming OR gymnastics OR dance.
  • You must use it during the pre-registration time. If you miss the scheduled time, you will not be able to use the pass.
  • You may only use the pre-registration pass for the next session. You may not save it for another session.

We do not have Pre-registration during the summer.

Late Registration
If you have missed the registration date, you may come to Late Registration.

  • Late Registration has two lines -- one for aquatics and one for all other classes.
  • Pick the line that is most important to you. When you get to the front of the line, choose one class for each child in your family.
  • Every class for which we have openings will be listed. It might be one spot for random times, or it might be multiple. These are leftover spots.
  • If you would like more classes, you may proceed to the end of the other line and choose another class for your children.

This procedure ensures every child has an opportunity to select classes.

How the Lottery System Works
With approximately 13,000 members and over 4,000 youths attending our branch, we have found a lottery or random based system is the most effective way to provide all members an equal opportunity to register for classes. During registration week members can register for classes online or at our Welcome Center. Once the registration period is over, registration is closed, and our computer system will randomly select class participants based on members' registration preferences.

Rosters
Roster will be posted on the Thursday following the closing of registration week. Only those members whose names appear on the roster will be allowed into the class. You must come in to check for your child's name on the roster. Roster information WILL NOT be given out over the phone.

Additional Fee Classes and Programs

We have a new online registration process for programs that require an additional fee beyond your membership dues. This includes Summer Programs, Journey to Freedom, Kids Night Out, Dance, Team Gymnastics, Youth Sports Leagues, Swim Team, Private Swim Lessons and more.
