Youth Gymnastics

Getting Started (Beginning)
Beginning level class that introduces participants to basic gymnastics skills and provides instruction on three of the Olympic events and rebounder.
Ages: 6-12 years

Moving Forward (Advanced Beginner)
Getting started graduates learn gymnastics techniques with an increase in difficulty.
Ages: 6-12 years

Stepping Up 1 (Intermediate)
This intermediate class focuses on more advanced gymnastics techniques and skills, and will introduce participants to vault.
Ages: 6-12 years

Stepping Up 2 (Advanced)
This advanced gymnastics class builds upon gymnastics skills learned in previous classes and encourages further skill development.
Ages: 6-12 years

Beginning
Beginning level class that introduces participants to basic gymnastics skills and provides instruction on the six Men’s Olympic events/apparatus and rebounder.
Ages: 6-12 years

Intermediate
This intermediate level boys' gymnastics training class entails more difficult skills in each of the boys' events.
Ages: 6-12 years

Mini Risers (Level 1)
90 minute class that teaches basic skills, focuses on core body strength and introduces gymnasts to the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Competitive Program.
Ages: 5-6
Fee: $20 per month

At the Top (Level 2)
Two-hour class designed to continue building core strength, flexibility and skill development.
Ages: 6-12 years
Fees: $25 per month

Tip Tops (Level 3)
The final step in our pre-competitive training program, that continues to refine the prerequisite skills needed to participate with the Grace Gymnastics Team.
Ages: 6-12 years
Fees: $35 per month

All Boy’s Team Fees|
Fees: $45 per month
Boys practice at the same time as the girls.

Adaptive Open Gym

This program is specifically designed to give youth with physical and/or developmental disabilities a chance to utilize all the different fun activities we offer in the gym. During this class, participants will be given time to stretch, play, learn and socialize with other kids with physical and/or developmental disabilities. No additional fees for this class.

Time: 1-2pm
