Have you tried our Journey to Freedom/Healthy Living class? Designed to help you create peace with your body and lifestyle, this course provides a nurturing environment to address food and body image issues related to weight loss, eating disorders, and food addictions. This small group experience includes 30 minutes of moderate physical activity. The next session starts on September 30 from 5:30-7:30pm and goes for 12 weeks.
Our Back-to-School Community BBQ kicks off in less than an hour. Bring the whole family to the Y between 6 and 7:30pm for a meal, carnival games, a bounce house, and music -- all free to anyone in the community. We'll see you there!
