Life University:

Equipping People to Navigate Life's Challenges

When you join the Y, you're coming together with men, women, and children from your community who are committed to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Life University provides opportunities to inspire hope, give helpful information, and be a place of genuine relationships while nagivating some of the most challenging and joyful aspects of life.

Learn from qualified facilitators and instructors who will pass on valuable information and tools, create safe environments in which you can explore, ask questions and learn, and link you to resources for everyday life.

Everyone is welcome at Life University. YMCA membership is not required for participation in Life University.

Read about real people who have found a path through the Journey work groups.

Julie French: Learning forgiveness and how to let go in order to move forward.
