Women on Weights (W.O.W.)

This program is designed by women for women. The session lasts eight weeks, and will help define, tone, and sculpt your entire body using free weights. It's offered at a variety of class times and fitness levels. The format is two 60-minute sessions per week for eight weeks, with a one-week break in the middle. Register in the Membership Office. Class returns in the Fall.
