TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercises that integrates cardiovascular and functional strength training regimens. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries. All at the intensity you choose.
This program runs for four weeks, with two 45-minute sessions per week. Limited to eight participants and pre-registration is required. Sign up at the Membership Office.
