Cycling Class Schedule

Group Cycle 101, 102 and 103
A high-energy form of cardio-muscular training using a stationary bike. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you’ll get a great workout. The interval classes are led by a qualified instructor who talks you through 30-90 minute interval routines to build endurance and strength while riding a stationary bike. No Boredom. No wasted time. No wasted sweat. Bring a towel and water bottle!

Group Cycle – Open Ride
Open Ride Is a self-paced, non-instructor led class for all fitness levels who are looking to ride without interruption. Music is provided. Bring your own towel and water bottle!

Intro Ride
A class designed for the beginning rider. Learn proper bike set up and indoor cycling technique. The first 15 minutes of each class will be dedicated to bike set up with the remaining 30 minutes of instructor led interval training.

Tri-Basics
Triathlon Training – Join a group for Triathlon training! We meet and train together on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm. Training sessions vary each week and throughout the year. The program is designed for all ability levels. During the fall and winter, workouts are held indoors, utilizing the swimming pool, indoor cycling bikes, and strength training equipment. When spring and summer arrive, participants head outdoors to train with activities such as open water swims, track workouts and bike rides. Our training program also includes workshops and clinics with information on topics such as creating a training plan, nutrition and fueling, injury prevention, mental endurance and strength training.
