Cardio/Strength Class Schedule

Abs-olutely!
Thirty minutes of abdominal work, core strength and back strengthening exercise for all levels of fitness.

Basic STEP®
This class will introduce you to the STEP. Learn the terminology and how to move around the step with choreographed lessons. Recommended for anyone who has the desire but is not sure how to get started.

Boot Camp Fun
A circuit style class that conditions through a combination of the basics: strength, cardio, agility and power exercises. Fun and appropriate for all fitness levels.

BOSU® (Both Sides Utilized)
Pronounced “Bo” like the boys name and “Sue” like the girls name, BOSU class is designed around a functional training regimen that targets your core and fine tunes your muscles with balance, strength and stability exercises performed using the BOSU stability trainer.

Core Belly Dance 101
Core Belly Dance not only works your midsection, it make for a full body workout that shapes and tones muscles, including abdominals, upper and lower body by isolating the muscles through stretching and exercise.

Cardio Express
This cardio/strength training class gives you the dynamics of STEP and the power and focus of strength training. Your body will experience strength, tone, and definition combined with the cardiovascular benefits of STEP.

Turbo Kick®
A combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.

TRX® (Tension Resistance Exercise)
A revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercises that integrates cardiovascular and functional strength training regimens. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, and prevent injuries. Intensity level is entirely up to you.

Core and More
Focus on core strengthening exercises for your abdominals and back to improve posture and assist with improved functioning throughout your day.

Drums Alive
Join the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum.

Healthy Back
The purpose of the Healthy Back class is to help those with back pain find relief and adopt behaviors that will prevent future problems. The class is open to anyone who wishes to learn how to protect the back and keep it healthy.

HEAT
High Energy Athletic Training - A series of fast paced cardio drills along with plyometrics, strength training and core work.

Hi/Lo Aerobics Class
This class will provide you with high intensity but low-impact moves minimizing strain on the joints. 

MET (Muscle Endurance Training)
Improve muscle endurance with repetitions of weight resistance of a muscle group. Repetition Max will build the muscle group and increase your strength and endurance.

Morning Madness
Staff will take you through the paces with a solid cardio and strengthening workout.

PiYo™
A unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. A choreographed program that combines the elements of Yoga and Pilates with energy, power and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength and greater flexibility. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Rhythmic Stretch
A relaxing one hour class that stretches all the major muscles of the body, slowly moving from one stretch to another through gently choreographed moves designed to improve overall flexibility. The class utilizes flexibility bands, Pilates balls, Swiss balls, and ballet barre.

Sculpt
Tone, define, and strengthen – utilizing weights, bars and bands. For all levels!

Step Express
This class contains all the elements of a step aerobic workout on and off a bench with basic, hi or low intensity, and choreographed combinations. Step your way through this quick and fun workout.

Strength and Balance 101
This class is designed to maintain and increase the range of motion in joints, strengthen muscles, and condition the body for overall fitness.

Totally Torso
Strengthen back and core through mat exercises focusing on posture, stability and core strength.

X-Train
Cardio, Strength, Endurance, and Flexibility. Variety keeps the body working. Take it high or keep it low- options for all level.

Zumba
Latin dance based cardio workout. You’ll have so much fun with this Latin and international dance based workout – it won’t even seem like exercise!

Zumba Toning 101
Combine body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class.
