Key Responsibilities:
- Work well with the adult and older adult populations.
- Use aquatic fitness principles to create a safe and fun workout for a variety of ages and abilities
- Keep the members' fitness goals and safety foremost in mind when designing a class workout.
- Put the members' needs and concerns first.
- Six months previous teaching experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- YMCA Water Fitness Instructor Certification including pre-requisites or willingness to obtain within six months of hire
