General Function:
Assist with all areas in the food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing all meals.
- Responsible for serving all meals, desserts and putting away all leftovers.
- Preparing food for next shift.
- Cleaning all areas of kitchen.
- Cleaning dishes.
- Sweeping and mopping.
- Keeping coffee bar/ toast bar / oatmeal area clean.
- Doing laundry every night.
- Be prepared to assist food service director when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Food handler's certificate, as required by law.
- Willingness and ability to adjust to camp resources, conditions and programs.
