Today Starts the 12 Days of Fitness challenge here at the Haselwood YMCA! Have a health coach witness you perform each days challenge and receive an entry to win a 1 month free membership or 1 month free towel service! This challenge is drop in.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Most of our facility requires significant power usage, including pool filtration, cardio equipment, as well as the building fire alarm systems. If we lose power and it appears we will be without it for a long duration of time, we will cease all activities and close the facility for everyone's safety.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the event we must closed the facility.

We have a lot of modified facility hours over the holidays. Here's a rundown of when we'll be open during the holiday season.

Kick it up a notch! Come try out TRX 2.0 BODY BLAST Wednesday and Thursday evenings for FREE! This demonstration class will incorporate TRX and weight intervals. Classes will meet in the A frame nook.

We will be observing modified operating hours in observance of the holiday season. Check back here to help stay current with the facility's goings-on. Here's what you need to know:

    • HOLIDAY HOURS:
      December 24: 4:30am-3pm
      CHRISTMAS DAY: CLOSED
      December 26: 7am-9pm
      December 31: 4:30am-5pm
      January 1: 9am-6pm
    • All regularly-scheduled group exercise classes are canceled December 24, 26, 31, and January 1. We will have a special holiday schedule of classes instead.

    • The Ron and Nadean Ross Aquatics Center is closed from Sunday, December 21 through Sunday, December 28, for maintenance. It will reopen Monday,
      December 29.
    • No registered programming - including swim lessons from December 22-January 4.

HASELWOOD Family Y ID AND GUEST PolicY

100% ID CHECK ALWAYS IN EFFECT
In order to better protect our members, guests, and staff, all visitors *14 years of age and older are required to show a valid, government-issued ID. 

This policy helps us account for all people in the facility, making the YMCA a safer place for all in attendance. Community members who intend to visit the facility on a regular basis can elect to have their picture taken and stored in our database in lieu of showing picture ID during subsequent visits, but all first-time guests MUST present ID to enter the facility.

GUEST POLICY AND WAIVER
Community members and guests wishing to visit the facility are required to sign our guest waiver before entering the facility. Additionally, all minors entering the facility must have their guest waivers signed by a parent or guardian. 



*Visitors not old enough to obtain a driver's license or learner's permit may present an ASB or other accredited student council ID card for entrance.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
The Haselwood YMCA makes every effort possible to keep the Y and its programs running during periods of inclement weather. Operating decisions are based on weather alerts, road and school closings and the ability of the YMCA staff and members to get to and from the Y, and operate the facility safely.

For All Classes (Youth and Adult) Cancellation Policy:

  • If the Central Kitsap School District has a DELAYED START due to inclement weather...
We will cancel all morning classes.
  • If the CKSD CANCELS SCHOOL due to inclement weather...
All classes will be canceled for the day. 
  • If the CKSD CANCELS all afternoon and evening ACTIVITIES... 
 All evening classes will be canceled. 
A decision will be made at opening for Saturday and Sunday classes.

Please feel free to contact our Welcome Center at 360-698-9622 for any questions on class cancellations or modification in operating hours for inclement weather.
