Youth Orientations

This staff lead orientation is required for youth ages 10-14 who want to exercise independently. This orientation teaches our younger members how to safely use the cardio equipment and introduce resistance and/or strength training. Activities are age appropriate. We encourage our families to be active together. A parent or guardian must be present during the orientation.

Band Policy

Once the youth orientation has been completed, our youth member needs to pick up a band at the Welcome Center each time they are in the facility to workout.  Youth must wear bands at all times while working out.

Land Activities

Our value based sports programs focus on improving sports skills while incorporating sportsmanship, teamwork, self-esteem, and fun! Whether the participant is a first timer or they are merely refining their skills, we are committed to providing opportunities of success for all. An additional fee applies to Youth Sports Teams.
