cardio and strength equipment orientation
Information and instruction on the proper use of cardio equipment. The importance of cardiovascular health is explained along with the individual’s optimal exercising heart rate. A cardio workout plan may also be designed during this single session. Information on how to safely and effectively use strength training equipment in approximately three sessions. Proper machine settings, form and lifting technique is explained. An individual strength training program may also be designed. This orientation will allows you to use the equipment confidently, safely, effectively, and independently.
