gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion.

Tai Chi

A series of movements and postures derived from a martial arts origin to reduce stress and improve over all health.  

Zumba Gold

Designed for low impact and good for active older adults, with 15 minutes of muscle toning.
