Youth Orientations and Guidelines
Youth Orientations (10-14 years)
This staff lead orientation is required for youth ages 10-14 who want to exercise independently. This orientation teaches our younger members how to safely use the cardio equipment and introduces resistance and/or strength training. Activities are age appropriate. We encourage our families to be active together. A parent or guardian must be present during the orientation. Sign up at the Welcome Center. For more information, review the Youth Orientation Brochure.
Youth Guidelines and Policies
Children under 8 years must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian or registered in a staff supervised program while in the building. Unsupervised youth, ages 8-14 may not be in the building longer than two hours. Youth may not loiter in exercise rooms, hallways, or meeting rooms. Parents will be contacted if youth are participating in inappropriate behavior or are disresepectful to staff or facility rules. For more information, review the Youth Policies Brochure.
