Strong Kids Campaign
Contributions to the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign support positive, values-based programs for children and families. All annual campaign funds remain in our local community, giving children and families an opportunity to get involved in Y programs. The need to provide nurturing programs for young people becomes greater each year. We rely on charitable contributions from friends like you. Learn more on how to make an impact.

Endowment Fund
Gifts to the YMCAs Endowment Fund provide a stable, enduring source of funding that protects the YMCAs ability to positively influence Pierce County kids, families and communities for generations to come. This endowment fund is managed by The Greater Tacoma Community Foundation, whose experienced staff invest endowment dollars and handle management and administrative details. The board of directors oversees the fund through distribution and reinvestment opportunities that meet the long-term needs of the Association.
Special Events
Your participation in YMCA special events allows us to enhance new and existing programs like Teen Late Nite and Friends and Servants. These programs provide at-risk teens a place to belong and develop personal and professional skills. Last year the money raised at our Annual Golf Tournament provided $35,000 in college scholarships.
